KNUCKLEBONES - MICRO SOCCER SundayMicro SoccerKnucklebones’ proven clinic helps children learn the beginning skills, technique and etiquette of soccer. Starting with RhinoSkin balls, moving up to size 3 soccer balls, children actively engage in learning everything from passing and kicking, to dribbling skills and running. Each class structure begins with a short discussion of the game, stretching and calisthenics, skill lesson, followed by soccer activities and a soccer game. You will be amazed, and your child will feel empowered, as they improve throughout this session. Parents are highly encouraged to participate with their child in this program.
Birth Certificates required for all children.
Class is at Ingleside Park on Sundays for 5 weeks April 7th to May 5Cost is $115.00 9:30am to 10:25am children 3 & 4 years old 10:45am to 11:40am children 3 & 4 years old
In case of rain the class will be in the memorial gymnasium - entrance from the back where soccer usually meets.Program is limited to 14 children so register early to guarantee a spot.

Introduction to Girls Lacrosse - Intro to Girls Lacrosse
INTRODUCTION TO GIRLS LACROSSE6 WEEK PROGRAMCost: $80 Sundays May 12th-June 30th(NO PROGRAM MEMORIAL WEEKEND, MAY 26th or June 23rd)Ingleside Park/FieldAll participants must have a stick, goggles and mouth guard to participate.Grades 2-4th: Sundays 4:00 PM- 5:15PMGrades 5-7th: Sundays 5:30-6:45PMLearn the basic skills and fundamentals of Girls Lacrosse. Girls will develop basic skills such as passing, catching, cradling, scooping and dodges. Participants will learn the basic rules of the game and build and develop teamwork skills.This is an Instructional program. All skill levels are welcome! Participants will develop basic skills and rules of the game.
