Cancellation Policy: Programs
Cancel a Program/Activity:
To cancel a program, please contact Winthrop Parks and Recreation by phone (617 846-8243) or email (parksandrecreation@town.winthrop.ma.us) at least one week prior to the start date of the program (2 weeks prior to the start of a summer program or afterschool program).  You can chose to receive a household credit for the FULL amount or a refund MINUS a $25 fee per program cancelled per child. Please provide the participants full name, the complete name of the program and if you would prefer a full household credit or a refund with cancellation fees. All other cancellation requests outside of these parameters should be submitted in writing for review and are not guaranteed approval.
